You don't. Contrary to what any of the commercials or email spam says nothing will increase your size. All surgery does is increase thickness.
Learn to be secure in who you are. Fact of the matter is that girls DO like the look of a well hung penis, however there are many women who simply can not take the size and prefer the feel of an average guy.

im also 16, 5 inches if a fine size and is in fact average for a fully developed man which is 5.0-6.5. Depending on when you began puberty (early or late developer) will vary how much more you can expect in growth but it does keep growing until 19-21 so you have time left.

here's what you do, it works great trust me. Get some duct tape and some rope. While standing on a chair wrap the rope around your dick secure it with a double layer of duct tape all around.
