Im 14 and do regular ab work outs every night but i see no results. Im six foot 1 and weigh 130. Ive been doing a regular ab workout for about a month and have yet to see any results. I need a quick and free workout method because the ab work out i do now doesnt workHealth Question & Answer

First thing is the amount of repetitions. When you are starting out exercising, then your aim is just to get 10 abs done. When you can do 50 sit ups that is fine, but it is also time to change the exercise or get more resistance. Your abs won't develop as fast as they could develop, just by doing hundreds of ab exercises. You need to feel your abs working! For that you need to do hard exercises or use resistance in your training. Ideal amount of repetitions in your sets is about 10-15 repetitions, when you really workout your abs this amount will be more than enough.
