Frequently Going to the Bathroom?!
Question: Frequently Going to the Bathroom.?
I just had surgery today on my wrist. I had so many shots and IV put in me. Along with being put to sleep. I didn't eat or drink for more than 12 hours before but when I got out, I drank a tiny pit the center gave me. Then ever since, I've been peeing like every hour. Not even an hour.
Is this just from the IV or shots or what.?
also, additional question. My hand is in a 'half' cast. So I can't get it out. And my hand is swollen and is still numb. It's been numb for about 11 hours now. Should I call the doctor tomorrow or will it go away.? Or is because of the swelling.?Health Question & Answer

First, the peeing is probably from the IV. They pump you with a lot of fluids - What goes in MUST come out!
Call the doc right away about he numbness. It could be normal but why take the chance. You should have received a number to call if you have a problem. Call it just for piece of mind if nothing else. Numbness sounds scary. Good luck!Health Question & Answer
