Question: Is taking two diffrent laxitives dangerous.?should i stop eating aswell.?
like i ate some cheesy stuff
and my dad said cheesy stuff will constipate me
so i took a red pop tasting one saline or something
but before that i took a stool softener
yet ive only gone once in the last two days
should i stop eating while im constipated.?

Cheesy stuff doesn't always cause constipation or cause it in everyone. I have no problem. A stool softener is not a laxative unless it's added to what you have. You should not stop eating, but it's a good idea to always eat healthy, balanced foods. Not having gone in 2 days, what is normal for you.? Some people go every day, some every 3 days, everyone is different. I don't think taking laxatives is a good idea except in extreme situations, maybe having missed 4 days or so. People get addicted to taking them and it messes up their system.Health Question & Answer
It can be dangerous if you're taking two stimulant-irritants at the same time, but your combination is safe enough (and there was a day between them, anyway).
