Having knee problems?!
Question: Having knee problems.?
I am not overweight. The past few weeks, I have been running , and been on the staionary bike at the gym to get in some cardio. I am sure this relates to it somehow, because it never hurt untill I started to do this.
My knee hurts pretty much all day, it only really hurts when sitting and when I get up from sitting, or driving. When walking it is fine, even when im running on the treadmill it does not hurt. How would running or being on the bike make it hurt.?Health Question & Answer

it sounds like patellor femral. i had this.
i got it from overuse, running on uneven terrain. or it could just be tendonitis, but you would feel it running then.
rest will help. but only do things you feel no pain with it.
i just got over a minor nagging injury like that and it was so annoying, but rest definitely helped.

You might have an inflamed bruscia sack, which holds liquid to lubricate your knee. I had this and my doctor gave me some anti inflammatories. Try some ibprofun, that might help. If it persists, best to go to the doctor. I had the same symptoms, it only really hurt when I wasn't doing anything.Health Question & Answer
