The whole feet size and penis size thing is a myth. In fact the two sizes are completely independent to each other. Another myth which relates the size of peoples hands and their penis's is also a myth. Even though this person has a size 16 shoe his penis could be 2 inches long for all you know.

The shoe size thing is not true, but the indication are a taller guy has bigger feet and since nature is somewhat proportioned he might be big there too, but this rule has seen exceptions to it and so in some cases he might not be very big.
