Yes, this is fine - to regulate your cycle.? Lessen PMS symptoms.? These can be excellent.. Although if you are pregnant or suspect you might be, stop taking them.. Don Quai can also increase pelvic circulation which may have the effect of increasing menses, so if these are already heavy, be aware of this and stop taking..
