Try eating a couple of green apples mate .... or a bowl of leafy green vegies, like salad greens or broccolli, kale, chard, buk choy....... all alkaline foods and rich in magnesium and magnesium will increase the production of hydrochloric acid in your tummy and resolve an acid tummy ..... foods rich in magnesium will also help lower high blood pressure, resolve headaches and migraines, constipation, nervous tension and muscle twitching like facial tics ...... magnesium is known as the antistress mineral ..... the real question is though, what is causing the acid tummy.?.? you really do need to pinpoint the cause of your stomach aches ........ for me it's generally anything containing wheat that gives me horrible stomach aches ........ sadly i can't eat bread so i eat loads of brown rice or quinoa........ food intolerances can make your life flaming miserable if you don't address them.
