Question: Any tips to soothe an upset tummy.?
I've had an awful stomach flu all day. I threw up once this morning but for the rest of the day just awful nausea I cant shake. I just want the torture to end so I can relax. I feel so hungry but as soon as I take one bite or drink of anything I feel like I can't breathe and as if I've eaten ten Thanksgiving dinners. Any other tips beside Pep-to would be much appreciated.Health Question & Answer

I had the same thing a while ago. You need something strong...maybe even prescribed to help you stop vomiting. Your stomach won't settle until you stop throwing up. I know you're feeling drained but try sipping on some ginger ale. also, this is an old Indian trick my mom uses..take a lemon..then put some black pepper and salt on it...and keep sucking on it.
