well usually,Genital Warts first appears as bumps on the penis and sometimes testicles and those bumps get bigger.The penis and testicles already have bumps as it is,but these are not in places where normal ones are.And if it's a woman,the will be around the vagina opening.Usually,the symptoms are sometimes unnoticable in the first stage,but are more noticable with the bumps going into the second stage.Talk to your health care provider if you think you may have genital warts so you can be treated immediately.
