The best would be to see a dermatologist. I did when I was younger for my acne & he put me on an oral medication & also a topical cream. Then at one point I did not have any health insurance & could not afford the medication anymore, & I found that using lemon juice (directly from the lemon works better than in the bottle) as an astringent, works great to help dry out & prevent acne. Then I rub on a 10% Benzoyl Peroxide cream. This also works great to dry out acne. Just the generic works fine. I actually found a product at Dollar General called Clear Zit for only $1 that works great. You may need to try a few different brands before you'll find one that works well for you as different brands put different ingredients in the product, & I noticed some ingredients did not agree with my skin. You can also put is on your chest & back if needed. I have also heard that Proactiv works great, but have not tried it myself. Hope this helps!Health Question & Answer

If your acne is very bad you need to go to a doctor and have a blood test in order to check your hormones because this my be the major factor that is responsible for acne.. Then you have to have a face cleansing in at a beauty salon which will clean your face in depth and then you have to bey some good products which help your skin, keeping it clean of oil and some masks that help it recover...

For the outbreaks, use lemons. The juice kills he bacteria that cause acne, especially the red outbreaks. For the scars, use bio oil.Health Question & Answer
