This is kind of awkward?!

I had a mole on my boob and well i got it removed which by the way is really weird having some really old guy looking and touching the side of your breast....well we wanted to get it tested for cancer so it was removed...it has been a year since then..they used laser and knife looking thing... now there is a scar that is bigger than the mole was and a piece of the mole is still in the middle of the scar.? the only other thing is that the scars tissue is really soft and wrinkley and it is like pushed out like the scar is a big bump or a big pink mole.? it itches.? its sore to scratch at though.?
My mom is making me go back next month, what should i tell them.? How can i convince my mom that i am super scared to go back and want a different dermatologist.?
