Men can get breast cancer, and it isn't a 'sort of' breast cancer, it's exactly the same breast cancer that women get, and is treated in the same way.
Men have breast tissue too, and so they can get breast cancer.
It's rare though; fewer than 1% of those diagnosed with breast cancer are male.
Most men diagnosed with breast cancer are over 60; not all though - through breast cancer support networks I have met a few men with breast cancer and they were in their 40s and 50s.

The chances of a 16 year old male getting breast cancer are as close to zero as makes no difference.

This increase in the amount of breast tissue is not a tumour and occurs due to changes in hormone balances at times like adolescence.
