actually, its not a stupid question! a person with a fever has a higher body temperature than normal and regular room air, which we are used to, just feels cold because of the difference between the 73 degrees qnd 101+ of the fever. If you drink lots of cold liquids, and take nsaids to reduce the fever, the feeling of cold goes awayHealth Question & Answer
