every so often one of the lymph nodes in my groin will swell up and stay swollen for maybe a week. this only happens once in a while usually no more then once every 5 or 6 months. is this normal.? is there anything i need to worry about.?Health Question & Answer

Nothing to worry about. It happens to some people. Sometimes it happens as a result of an injury like a micro- tear in your groin from running. If you have no fever symptoms or rashes I wouldn't worry too much.Health Question & Answer
