Post nasal drip and cough,best remedy?!


Question: Post nasal drip and cough,best remedy.?
Caught bad cold around Christmas,got bronchitis and MD said I had a sinus infection and gave me antibioticss. Took Benzonatate for coughing.
Now I have a constant post nasal drip and keep coughing. I can barely taste/smell anything. Any suggestions to clear this up.?Health Question & Answer

honey is okay for mild cases, the only effective Rx or OTC is diphenhydramine (Benadryl)...the side effect of the med (dryness of nasal passages) can sometimes help.Health Question & Answer
