The radial artery runs down your arm, across your wrist. If she cuts it long ways, down the length of her wrist, yes it can kill her. Most people trying to kill themselves don't realize that and they cut the other way, side to side, which isn't as effective. But you could still die from it either way.Health Question & Answer
