Your brother needs to talk to a gastroenterologist for more info and possible testing. The doctor will be able to work with him to find some medications that may be helpful and give him advice on diet and lifestyle modifications that may help relieve some of his symptoms.Health Question & Answer

hey i know this doesn't answer your question but I think its the best thing someone can do if they deeply care about someone like your brother. I think you should pray about it, and ask god if he can help out. I know this may seem strange but God can do many great things; im not saying this will work, but its definitely worth a shot. Ill pray for your brother and get my church to lift him up in prayer too, i hope he gets better.Health Question & Answer

Blood in the stool indicates that he's bleeding on the inside, and could be a stomach ulcer. Your brother should now have an endoscopy to check his stomach.Health Question & Answer
