bad allergic reaction to scarguard. on prednisone for my hives. last day of prednisone is tomorrow. itching isn't so bad during the day but i cannot sleep through the night. i wake up scratching and itching multiple times.Health Question & Answer

Allergic reactions can take some time to clear completely.Maybe try some OTC allergy med, like Benadryl at night to help you sleep, and minimize itching...you can take it orally, the pills, or try the lotion. Yes a simple anti-histamine OTC may help take the itchy feeling off.
