well i dont fully have it but its starting. & it turns really worse after this so im trying to prevent it for happening. any tips.? ideas.? that actually worked by experience.

This time of year it could be allergies, you could try gargling with warm salt water, Hot tea, honey and lemon, or there are herbal teas that are for sore throat, If you are running a Temp I suggest you see your Dr. you could have an infection and need antibiotics.Health Question & Answer
