Question: Little Noses Allergy Block.?

I have seen the ads on TV where this product states it "Blocks allergens before it enters the nose" and it shows the product working on a computer simulated nose... So what is the real deal.? How exactly does this product work.? I am interested in purchasing one for my son and one for my husband but I saw it is $14.00 and the tube is tiny. I'd love some input so I don't end up wasting $30.00 for 2 tubes.
