No worries if it hasn't ruptured yet, if it's ruptured then mortaility goes up around 60%. If it's just a routine removal then it'll be ok, just a night in the hospital and a few weeks before being back to 100%. If it ruptures then your looking at a bit longer in the hospital (mine was 8 days) and 2-3 months recovery (currently doing it...it's not fun).
