What are these small bumps on body?!

I have had them forever. I have hundreds of small little bumps on my chest, upper back, and the part of my arm from the elbow up. They don't hurt, skin color, small, no puss. They get worse on the top on my shoulders the closer you go to my head (on the side of my arms They are almost no existent) . Same with my chest and back, the closer to my head the worse they get. I googled it and eveything pulls up from basic eczema to steatocystoma multiplex and treatments from chemical peels to living with it. Anyone know what they are and posible treatments.Health Question & Answer
