omgod. i hate this...well ever since i was about 13 my nipples started to poke out. and threw the years ive twisted them pulled them scratched them so they were "small" like when i was swimming or something. this is ruining my life. NONE of my friends have saw me with my shirt off. thus leaving me a virgin and still with big nipples that poke out. im not that fat. im 6 ft tall and 155 pounds and i have abnormal fat cells in my breast area. this is giving me stress SELF ESTEEM PROBLEMS and many more things. please someone help me im hating my life right now and all bc of my nipples! the stupidest thing ever...!!!!
im not too active. but not fat. i used to smoke alot of marijuana, but don't really do it anymore, i drink beer,alcohol...i dont know why im cursed with this.

Definitely see a plastic surgeon since this effects your self esteem. It would be a fairly simple procedure to minimize the size and well worth the cost. You did mention you smoked marj.- that can lead to man boobs.

ugh sounds like me. ive even thought about considering nipple reconstruction or something....i hate it! theyre so puffy and they look absolutley terrible i wont let anyone see my breasts unless my nipples are hard lol
i really dont know what to do about it though, sorry :-/
