try using BP as a spot treatment. usually works pretty well for me. but, if its really really important, you might have to resort to using makeup.Health Question & Answer

What the skin needs is a treatment that clears pores and kills bacteria, thus preventing hair follicles from clogging and turning into acne. This is what you should be looking for if you want to get rid of those ugly acne.

Before trying any treatment, I suggest you read this informational source that listed the most effective acne treatments available:

P.S. I also know someone who used to suffer from severe acne for 14 YEARS and finally got rid of it completely. She's sharing her story at her site:

There isn't an overnight cure for acne. It just doesn't work that way. Your best bet is to wash your face, moisturize, and dab some salicylic acid treatment or mint extract or tea tree oil or toothpaste on your acne. When you wake up take five minutes and take a hot, wet washcloth and lay it on your face til it's cool. Wash your face, moisturize, and hope any redness has gone down. It's not a cure, but it can help reduce the appearance of any pimples. Good luck!Health Question & Answer
