Question: Ive recently realized that my hair has gotten super thin, my nails have white splotches and my pee smells..?
my hiar is long but its soo thin it almost looks kind of see through. my nails have been getting white splotches on them and this may be TMI but my pee smells really strongly of something but idk what, it doesn't smell normal. this has been going on for about a month. does anyone have any idea what could be causing this.?Health Question & Answer

Hi there! obviousy you have defficient calcium intake.
Keep drinking milk, eat more cheese sandwiches. and yoghurts for dessert. Basically, eat & drink more calcium then you are intaking now. you'll soon see a result and these symptoms should start to fade over a week maximum.
