if its dark it iusually ndicates dehydration. however if its cloudy i'd suspect a urinary tract infection. drink more water, some cranberry juice and/or get you some of the cranberry pills with vitamin c and take as directed. if it doesn't clear up see your doctorHealth Question & Answer
