ok so this happens a lot but i never know why my legs strt hurting like **** and when i go to bed i can't sleep.. my mon once tried to put cream on it and nothing happened. this has been happening for years but this year its like the first time now and i sont wnow how do i put up with this pain in my legs. like to i put like rest it because its tired or soemthing or like what would i do if this happens again and again, my mom doesnt know why this hurts like this and like have no clue either and this only happens at night. so i dont know whats wrong and where and why this really hurts. gimii a very detailed answer ok. tyHealth Question & Answer

could be muscle cramp. after exercise you need to relax with some massage. try some heat rub your pharmacist will help you with a brand. use rubber gloves if it gets in your eyes it will be harmful.
