I brought Biodermazen for a friend and I cannot believe the results. Her severe acne cleared up in two days. She has had acne for 10 years and tried every medicine on the market. I bought it on ebay, but I was skeptical but it really works.
If you have tried several topical treatments to no avail, it seems as if you have an internal issue.

Your best bet is go see a dermatologist. I had hardcore acne. They will prescribe you an antibiotic, a medicated soap, a topical antibiotic, and a tougher medicated creme.
You will use these all every day, and along with the facials you get periodically at the dermo office (they call them glycolics, its basically a chemical face peel to remove the dead layer of skin, and then they take a tool and "clean out" all your zits, which is a fancy way of saying popping them in sterilized conditions).
Seriously.
Seriously.
Do NOT waste any more time on over the counter bull.
I understand your frustration, and believe me a dermatologist will show you the light.
You can start now by watching your diet and changing your sheets. also, NEVER TOUCH YOUR FACE.
