Does accutane cause worse scarring?!

I've noticed that while on accutane, the larger cysts are healing much slower than before, and while the accutane is lowering the number of pimples, the ones that are there take weeks to go away. also, they are starting to scar even worse since they take so long to heal, leaving huge purple pockets. Is anyone else finding this.? Is there anything I can do to speed the recovery.? I have clindamycin with benzoyl peroxide that the derm said I could use as spot treatment, and I use it on half of the zits just to compare healing times and it makes no difference. Polysporin on burst cysts does not help either. Nor does it help prevent the scarring.
