Question: I've got a cold. How do you "feed a cold" without putting on weight.?
I've already eaten a whole pack of 6 cherry bakewells, and pasta and beans today, and I still feel hungry. Should I eat more, or stop.?Health Question & Answer

eating when your sick does not make you put on weight because the body is fighting so much to keep away the bad bacteria's it works on taking the wieght away....but thats really unusual to want to eat when you are sick...im sick and have been sick for like 3 days and i have lost 5 pounds already....... :( i feel awful....I HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER

What do you mean 'feed your cold'.? This is just eating junk food, it's not going to make you any better!
Drink lots of water and orange juice. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables and have some chicken soup. That will get you better more quickly than cherry bakewells.

You need to keep your fluids up, thats the most important thing. Eat healthily....it has been proven that vit C doesn't prevent colds but can help speed up the recovery process. So make sure you eating lots of fruit and veg and drinking lots of water.Health Question & Answer

Chicken noodle soup is always a good start. use some saltines to help with substance
