Does non-liquid whey contain lactose?!

Question: Does non-liquid whey contain lactose.?

I read in the wikipedia article below that "liquid whey" contains lactose. I am wanting to know if the "whey" listed on the ingredients of the stone wheat thin crackers I have would be likely to have lactose in them.

Answers:

There's a chance that it does, but I wouldn't know from any study type things.
But, I'm lactose intolerant and whenever I eat any dry food containing whey.....well lets just say its not pretty.
