Ear wax over producing ear wax can trap moisture and trigger ear infammation in the ears.Placeing objects inside the ear can cause infections as well by scratching the lining or irritate it as well
Apply warm compress or place ear on a heating pad for warmththis may help with the pain.
Elevate your head when you sleep this helps fluids drain away from ears.
