I tried everything on my plantars wart including duct tape, home freezing, nail polish, and even doctor freezing. The ONLY thing that has worked is banana peel. Granted it took about 3 months for plantar warts, but according to this website they destroy regular warts faster. Check out everyone's testimonials.

Warts can be removed using chemicals, by cutting them off, frozen off or burned off. If possible let the doctor handle this.
Chemicals:
salicyclic acid, formaldehyde, glutaraldehyde, trichloroaceitc acid, canthardidin, podophlyin. Please be warned that some of these chemicals are dangerous and should be handled with care. You would scrap off the dead skin, and reapply the chemical until all of the wart has been removed.
Freezing:
Liquid nitrogen sprayed on or applied with a cotton swab and requires multiple treatments especially for larger warts.Health Question & Answer

There is medication available at the drug store. I have also read that duct tape helps as well. She could also visit a dermatologist. Health Question & Answer
