no dear,even if u share u r food with a HIV patient u will not get infected,even if u kiss it never pass,only with living blood they can pass,HIV germs are very weak in atmosphere,they cant survive more than 6 seconds when bleeding occurs,so no problem don't worry abt anything just keep good healthy friendship with HIV patients,.
