That greatly varies. Most hospitals have psychologists, social workers, nutritionists, psychiatrists, mental health nurses, dining staff, watchers (the staff that watches over the patients), nurse practitoners, and usually a secretary or two. Now, if you want to go full force on, psychiatrist is your answer, but that requires med school and a residency (so you won't be practicing until your late 20's at best). I find social work is the best as you talk with the patients and help with their future plans. also, the patients are generally nicer to you as you choose their fate in the end. To do that, you need to get a masters in social work and be certified in your state. THere are countless ways to do this, but a lot of people do sociology undergrad to get there.
