Sooo I dontated blood, and im O positive?!
Question: Sooo I dontated blood, and im O positive.?
im pretty sure this is the universal doner. So, whats the difference between blood types 0 pos. and 0 neg.?Health Question & Answer
Answers:
Further to the blood grouping of A, B, O and AB we are also given a negative or positive, this relates to the rhesus factor (rhesus D) which is an antigen on the surface of your blood cell.
so you are O positive which means you have the rhesus factor - the majority of the population are positive.
rhesus negative is much more rare, it becomes relevant during pregnancies.
