Question: I have tiny brown spots on my nose, help.?

Ever since the age of 9 years old, I noticed tiny dark spots on my nose (I'm a black african, of a light brown complexion), and now I'm 17 and it's got much worser, I've got a lot of tiny brown spots on my nose now. You can't notice it from the distance, but up close, you can notice. Anyone know what they are.? And what the causes of them are.? Health Question & Answer
