I have just come upstairs and i was running about for about 3 minutes and when i sat down, my skin just started itching really bad. Health Question & Answer

It's pretty common to get itchy skin when you get hot and sweaty. I assume you have sensitive skin .?
It's not a medical problem or anything, alot of people suffer from the same thing when they exercise/when its warm and what not.

I get that when I get myself all hot then just suddenly stop.
Cool down & it should go - I've always thought it is when I am nearly hot enough to start "glowing" (as ladies don't sweat!) and then stop so my body never quite gets round to it!Health Question & Answer
