Elaine is a 43 yr old mexican american obese female. she presented to the ER with 5 week history of RUQ abdominal pain, made worse with eaeting greasy food. but her pain had gotten progressivley worsened since last night with associated fever, nausea and vomitting. on exam, she was noted to have a temp of 102, heart rate 106, respiration 22 and with RUQ/MEG tenderness to palpitation...
