hey! everyone i nkow is getting a cold, including me! its this sucky day!
believe it or not, i read posts talkign aobut exercising helping to relieve the cold, and it works! i did stationary biking for a half hour and my nose cleared up alot and i wasnt so stuffy in my brain and head.
also, i made myself sneeze. i put a q tip in my nose just to where it tickled and sneezed all the junk out. im feeling alot better already. just be careful with that, i think i messed with the tissue too much cuz i ended up getting a nose bleedHealth Question & Answer
