No. It is an anti psychotic.

Some doctors prescribe it as a sleeping pill. But it isn't any good as a sleeping pill, because you don't get any restorative sleep on it. Plus the benefits don't outweigh the risks for use as a sleeping pill. One of the risks is developing diabetes! I feel that it is malpractice to prescribe seroquel as a sleeping pill.
