Question: Is this cause for concern.?
Abdominal discomfort best described as throbbing. Throbbing was sharp but it didn't last very long. Last menstual begin 10/20/08. Last intercourse was 10/29 so i don't think that i was ovulating and he pulled out so it's not pregnancy.Health Question & Answer

pulling out does not always prevent pregnancy because as men get more and more aroused during sex they begin to release a clear liquid often known as " pre-***" this can and often does contain active and viable sperm which can hit their mark even though you believed that nothing had been released.
having said it is likely that it was simply a bout of muscle cramping and nothing to worry about.
if it happens again or becomes more intense or regular then i would advise a quick visit to a gp to rule out any internal blockage or cysts.Health Question & Answer
