Since I left my ex husband in 2005 that's when I started breaking out. I had the clearest skin of all the girls in school when I was a teen. Now I'm breaking out like a teen. What the heck could be going on in my body.? Maybe my internal time clock is confused.
One of the things I've noticed is that I have a few pores on my faces that continue to re-clog. Like after I bust the pimple or it goes away, it comes back, over and over again. Why could that be.?Health Question & Answer

I had a clear skin when i was a teenager too. Now i'm breaking out at 24. In my case, it's because of hormonal imbalance. Check your menstrual cycle, perhaps it's irregular. If it's irregular see a gynecologist. They will prescribe you some hormone pills that will stabilize your hormone, at the same time clearing off your breakouts. If it's not because of the hormon it might be caused by other factors such as stress/depression/loneliness or bacterial infection. Maybe you're too stressed out until it causes breakouts. These breakouts could be from stress. You know, breakouts can start and stop at any age, mine started when I was nine years old. The stress factor from the divorce is probably what brought this about. also, busting a pimple is never good. That will irritate your skin and make the acne situation worse. They are probably also coming back because you are not doing anything about your acne. Buy some kind of product and go wash your face! Morning and night, and after a while, you should see results. If absolutely no product works on your skin, go to a dermatologist.Health Question & Answer
