would need to know more about the bumps-r they just red,do they itch,do they look like they puss in them like a pimple.? Since you r not sexually active,it isn't anything like that-could be like a heat rash or something,maybe an allergy to new soap or detergent. Well since you didnt give any info on the bumps, i don't really know..but it is possible that the bumps are Fordyce's spots, which are very common and nothing to worry about.
