Question: How much sugar&lo-salt (sodium&potassium chloride) shud i put in a litre of water for electrolyte drink.?
Answers:
Why not look at the list of ingredients on the package (without buying it!).
At a rough guess I would say a teaspoon of sugar and the equivalent amount of lo-salt to a few pinches of ordinary salt.
Some add a magnesium tablet too.Health Question & Answer

I'd advise against making your own because it's too easy to get the measurements wrong. You can buy prepared powders from the pharmacist, they aren't expensive and they have clear instructions on the sachets. I infer from the group where this is posted that you're diabetic. If so, you should tell the pharmacist when buying the powder.
Edit: You can buy this stuff with no colouring and no aspertame. I've had it as rehydration therapy after severe diarrhoea. Sorry that I didn't read your other question but you didn't say what the link was or why it was there.Health Question & Answer
