don't jump to any conclusions.
I presume the doc told you to come in for a follow-up discussion.?
let him explain what the results are, and what they mean - that is what a follow up visit is for.

by the way - say a prayer anyway - there's NEVER anything wrong with that. Good for you !
Health Question & Answer

if there was anything wrong that required treatment they would have contacted you. im sure they also would have called more than once and any number they could find to get ahold of you. they wouldnt have waited either if it was something bad, as soon as they got the results from the lab they would have started getting into contact with you. you can always call the doctor and ask how they came out, or call the lab although there are different rules as far as what results they can give out and to whom.Health Question & Answer

nahh. if they waited 6 weeks its probably nothing. if its something serious they'd want to start treating it fast. unless his blood was taken from a trunk. then your S.O.L :D
hahahaaHealth Question & Answer

a Physician is required to let someone know. It maybe something that need attention but most likely would have told his mother in law that he should seek immediate attention. Health Question & Answer
