I have had Bells Palsy myself and want to tell you not to panic. I understand exactly how scary it is and understand the "feeling like a freak" better than most.

Try to remember that this condition is only temporary and will go away soon. As it clears up so will your off center eye.

My son thought it was the coolest thing when I had my Bells Palsy. He would rush home everyday from school to check how my eye was coming along. Because it did not close the eye itself would roll up into my head when I tryed to close it. To me it was disturbing but to my son I was the coolest thing since sliced bread. I felt like a science experiment showing off my rolling eye.

My point being, my eye is just fine now as the Bells Palsy has resolved itself. I know its scary but try to remember your not alone.

If you havent read this article yet you might want to look it over. I used vitamin B-12 therapy to speed the healing of my Bells Palsy along and swear by it. Hope you get better soon.
