Question: What caused my dizzy spell.? Please help.?
This morning I woke up and as soon as I got out of bed, I felt EXTREME, not mild, dizziness.
My symptoms included the following..
sweating
nervousness
trembling
light-headedness
very pale skin
I literally could not stand upright. I needed to lie down. I also was extremely thirsty. It was very scary and not the first time this has happened to me. I tried eating and I ended up vomiting. Anyone have a clue as to what it is causing this.?.?Health Question & Answer

i had all of those symptoms once.
at the moment i had them i was in JROTC and i ended up locking my knees, i almost passed out. other than locking your knees those symptoms could be caused by dehydration.
check with a doctor to be on the safe side.

That could be a lot of different things. Go see your doctor, and do it soon just in case it's something serious.Health Question & Answer
