you get sick if you kiss someone who doesnt have the disease. did it affect you if they had eaten gluten.?

As far as kissing is concerned (and with your sensitivity to even touching something with gluten), I would check with your doctor.
I have celiac disease and my wife does not. I will not kiss her if she's just eaten a baguette, but I wouldn't even hesitate to kiss her otherwise.
Once you're used to it, living with celiac disease isn't a burden at all. It's actually wonderful knowing that simply changing your diet and being conscious about your surroundings you can live a wonderful healthy life.
